Product description:

Renold Synergy - Made to be better:

The Renold Synergy has an outstanding reputation as the only, true high-performance roller chain on the market.
This reputation is based not only on the years of research and testing that preceded its design, but also on the feedback from engineers around the world who have experienced and endorse the wear resistance, fatigue resistance and exceptional longevity of the Renold Synergy themselves.

Improved fatigue resistance:

The design of blade and connector optimises pressure distribution and fatigue performance.
The Renold Synergy performs, on average, 30 per cent better than other brands under repeated shock loads and continuous heavy loads.
Fatigue Comp

Better wear resistance:

Independent tests show that the Renold Synergy performs up to six times better than the competition's highest performance chain.

Made to perform:

Every part of Renold Synergy precisely engineered using state-of-the-art development methods such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA). It all contributes to chain performance that is more than the sum of its parts.

Wide range of sizes:

Renold Synergy chain is available in British Standard dimensions from 06B to 24B in simplex, duplex and triplex construction. In addition, ANSI Standard sizes are available from 35 to 160 in simplex, duplex and triplex construction.

Scale shape:

High blade profile for improved stress distribution; maximised blade thickness within the limitations of the standard.

Bushings:

Solid extruded bushings deliver improved roundness and strength compared to rolled bushings. Chamfered ends improve the bearing section and extend service life.

Hole quality:

'Triple punch holing' techniques ensure correct pin and bushing position for even wear.

Fixed fit:

Optimised to ensure maximum service life.

Fatigue resistance:

Prestressed surfaces increase fatigue resistance.

Wear resistance:

Chamfered parts and special surface coating of the pin increase wear resistance.

Connecting link:

Has a unique design that ensures that all parts of the chain system are equally strong.
